It’s no surprise that the majority of kids favour summer break because there is no school, however, one of the downsides of no school is the lack of activities. In 2020 I think it is fair to say that with the bulk of the world coming to a halt, that a large majority turned to social media platforms to share what they were up to and in turn get ideas and inspiration as to how they could fill their days at home. Whether it was DIY and interiors, activities to keep children entertained, what the next big thing was to binge on Netflix and of course, viral videos, dance routines, and funny content on YouTube and Tik Tok entertained the masses.(more…)

Now that school is back one of the biggest burdens is making a packed lunch that children can and will eat. Most of the time parents find that children ask for the same lunch everyday and while they do not tire of it, it would prove beneficial to try and squeeze in as many of the food groups as possible for a well rounded balance diet.(more…)

Ok well let me explain where I have been and what I have been up to.
When the lockdown started a month ago nearly, I had set some goals that I wanted to achieve whilst at home before the time came to go back to work. It’s a funny old time but really, I’m viewing it as an amazing opportunity to be at home with my family. We will more than likely never get this time again, it’s like a bonus maternity leave period!
