Its hard to even imagine a time when you didn’t have a mobile phone and not just for making phonecalls on it. When I needed a new iPhone I looked at the price and gasped a breath in but then I thought about how much I use the phone. The cost is about the equivalent as a weeklong holiday in Spain perhaps and that is over and done in seven days, I tend to keep my phone for years so on reflection its not a bad investment. That is how I am justifying it anyway!
As of January 2019 I set a goal to try and blog more. This has been an epic fail for several reasons and I want to correct this in 2020 so here is the background and hopefully someone can relate.
Gosh how narcissistic does that title sound?! I don’t mean it to be of course but I have welcomed lots of new followers over the last few months through this blog, instagram and Facebook and thought it would be only right to introduce myself a bit more.
Sunday just passed was spent at a lovely Country Bloggers Retreat organised by Emma at Lifeatthelittlewood. The retreat took place at the most gorgeous of locations in Larchfield Estate, the surroundings were absolutely stunning and the event itself could have easily rivaled a wedding with 145 guests in attendance. Emma definitely took on a mammoth task and excelled at all areas of organisation (as if there would be any doubt!). The event was flawless…well apart from a slight flurry of rain whilst we had a walk of the grounds but we even managed to power on through and take a million photos of all the beautiful spots.
